Last night as I was bbqing on the back deck watching hubby fish off the dock I couldn’t help but smile. It’s so surreal. It was our dream to buy a house on the lake for retirement. We had our first dealings with Ryan and Coldwell Banker this past summer and it was a really great experience for us as first time home buyers! Ryan was able to break down all of our questions and walked us through the process like a true professional. One thing we really appreciated was how he included both myself and my wife in the proceedings to make sure we both understood the process which prevented any confusion, particularly as we were unfamiliar with the buying/selling process in Canada. He was very honest during all of our viewings and pointed out the good points of each home as well as the things that could present challenges to us.
